Portfolio

On this page you can see my stock and investment portfolio live. It is very important to me that all my positions, dividends, interest, profits and losses are shown openly and transparently. I started building up my portfolio in 2018 and have expanded it day by day and week by week.

I pursue a dividend strategy for the most part. This means that I buy many stocks that pay a dividend. My goal is to generate a passive cashflow or even passive income through the dividends (and also through the dividend increases and dynamics).

However, I also have some stocks which do not pay dividends, because I am very convinced of these companies and it is not impossible that the dividend policy of these companies will change in the future. As a supplement and for greater diversification I also have other investments, such as P2P loans, crypto currencies, commodities and ETF's.

The data is updated regularly so that you can always follow how my investments are progressing.​

As with the construction of a house, it is also important to make a plan according to which the investment will be made. 

​

However, these are only guidelines for actions and investments, as there may of course be major deviations due to price fluctuations. At certain intervals, the portfolio can also be brought back into line with your desired asset allocation, this is called "rebalancing".
